Tonight’s ‘Girls Night in’ is for a silent disco!  You choose which channel to listen to, whilst your friends listen and dance to something different! This is a great way to get moving, practise & Girls Night in @ Woodrush Community Hub

Tonight’s ‘Girls Night in’ is dedicated to Boba & Bedazzling! Have you ever tried ‘Bedazzling’?  Whether you’re a seasoned pro, or if you’ve never had a go before, this workshop is for EVERYONE.  You can bring your favourite trinket or drinks can / bottle to bedazzle, or choose something from our collection – the choice is yours!  Sit with your homemade Boba, with your friends - we'll bring the music, the gems and homemade boba- you bring the vibes!

Tonight’s ‘Girls Night in’ is dedicated to learning some self-defence! Appearing from her recent pitch on BBC’s Dragons Den, we will be joined by Gulshen Bano from Strike Back Self Defence.  In addition to de-escalation techniques to reduce the chances of any conflict, Gulshen will teach you practical self-defence skills based on scenarios likely to be experienced by girls & young women.

Summer Swim Pool Party

HOLD THE DATE: The end of the summer holidays brings our final event for Summer of the Girl!  It’s our Summer Pool party!

InUnity are ‘taking over’ the pool at Cocks Moors Woods Leisure centre for this celebratory event. In order to guarantee your place, you need to attend a min. of 3 other activity sessions throughout the summer holidays (remaining places will be allocated by invitation only as we appreciate for some 3 sessions will be hard to attend).  Bookings for this activity will open w/c 24^Th August.

*You will need to bring your swimwear & towel and be able to swim independently.
