Trustee Meeting: January 2026

Once again our new trustee Sarah has put together a video running us through the minutes for our most recent meeting.

InUnity Board Meeting Summary

• Date & Location: The meeting was held on January 15th, 2026, at The Kiln in Worcester.

• Welcome & Action Log: Hannah, the CEO, welcomed and introduced new board members. The board reviewed the action log from the previous meeting to ensure all tasks were addressed.

• Charity Update: Hannah provided a general update on InUnity’s progress. A highlight was the new Offers Booklet, which details InUnity’s projects and ways for other organizations to get involved and support young people.

• Trustee Expectations: The board discussed and agreed on the expectations for trustees. They committed to being more visible and visiting more of InUnity’s projects in the future.

• Finances & Funding: The board reviewed management accounts, cash flow, and potential funding opportunities for InUnity’s programs.

• Risk Management: The meeting concluded with a discussion on InUnity’s risk register. The board plans to identify and focus on the top three risks at the next meeting.

• Next Meeting: The next board meeting is scheduled for the end of March 2026.
