She WILL at Trinity High School

She WILL is our dynamic 12-week female resilience programme, designed to empower girls and provide a safe, inspiring space to open up about the issues that matter to them most.

Thanks to a grant from The Oakland Foundation, we were able to bring the programme to a group of girls at Trinity High School in Redditch. Over the weeks, they explored topics such as body image, social media, mental health, healthy relationships, and consent — building confidence, connection, and resilience along the way.

After first meeting the girls in June, we dived into sessions through the summer term, enjoyed a summer holiday paddleboarding adventure (with, let’s say, plenty of time spent in the bushes!), and reunited in September to finish the final weeks on a high.

Final feedback is in, and we’re thrilled to see that the girls not only enjoyed the sessions, but also left with valuable takeaways — a stronger understanding of their wellbeing, awareness of red flags in relationships, and knowledge about consent — as well as plenty of wonderful memories!
