Are you our new Mentoring Manager?

Thanks to funding from the National Lottery, InUnity are excited to recruit for a brand new position of Mentoring Manager for our Young Brum programme in south Birmingham.


Young Brum includes a range of interventions including a mentoring programme for young people.

This exciting and varied opportunity for is for someone who is organised, determined and passionate about supporting young people.   You will lead, co-ordinate and develop this strand of Young Brum so we need someone that thinks innovatively, can see the wider picture and understands the HUGE role that mentoring can have on young people. 

You will also be managing a small team of other mentors and work alongside other organisations to deliver the project, so you will need great people skills too.  As it is a 2 year post initially, you will need to work efficiently and creatively to ensure we meet the requirements as specified by our funders.
