InUnity is a community, non-for-profit organisation that uses innovative projects to engage local people, in local communities and help to create social change.

Social change – what’s that?

It might be using sport to engage young people into a positive activity, helping to keep crime levels down, or providing training for young people to gain qualifications to improve job prospects.

You can see the impact we have by looking through our projects we have on offer.

We believe in our organisation.  We might be small but we really do deliver!  Don’t just take our word for it – read what some of our supporters say!

Our ethos is to develop from within.  It’s our aim that at least 85% of our work-force derive from our projects.  Who are the best people to deliver our programmes?  The people that have experienced them!  It’s what sets us apart from other organisations.  We take the time to support and develop people – mentoring, investing in training, providing opportunities – and we know it works!  Read about our team here.

Founded in 2011, InUnity has been on a journey.  Have a browse through our website to discover more about us as an organisation, what we do, how we do it and why it works!
